This service is provided by SchoolSoft Technologies Inc. (SchoolSoft). Your use of the SchoolSoft system is voluntary. If you are uncomfortable with, or unable to use our online system, you should contact the school to determine alternate ways of scheduling.

While the occurrence of scheduling conflicts is very rare, it is possible that scheduling errors may arise. Therefore, conferences scheduled online are subject to change. If a problem occurs, or if it is necessary to change a booking, the school will make every attempt to contact you about the issue.

Your privacy is critical to us. We use the information we collect only for the purpose of scheduling conferences and/or other SchoolSoft services as requested or purchased by the school. Your personal information will never be sold or shared except with the school or schools you have an account with. The specific information you enter related to conferences is purged within 90 days of the conferences being completed unless configured otherwise by the school. Your login credentials are automatically removed from the system after a reasonable period of inactivity.

SchoolSoft takes all reasonable measures to ensure the information you enter in the system is transmitted and stored in a secure manner.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, it is important for you to know that the application is hosted on a web server operated by SchoolSoft Technologies Inc. The school and school district can in no way be held responsible for any aspect of the application including its availability, reliability or security.
